The story
Red Fox Funding was founded by Mark Brown, principal of Home Pro Realty in Orlando. After two decades buying, selling, and investing in Central Florida real estate, Mark saw the same problem on every deal: investors with strong projects could not get fast, fair capital. Banks moved too slowly. National hard money shops buried borrowers in junk fees. The deals died.
Red Fox Funding exists to fix that. We lend our own money. We underwrite locally. We close on the asset, not the paperwork. And we charge one flat fee — $995, all-in — instead of a stack of itemized line items that nobody can predict.
Today we fund fix & flip, residential bridge, commercial, and new construction loans across Florida. Most close in 7–10 business days. All of them are reviewed by people who actually understand the market they sit in.

Mark is a 20+ year Orlando real estate professional and the principal broker at Home Pro Realty (1520 E Livingston St, Orlando FL). He has personally bought, sold, and invested in hundreds of Central Florida properties. He understands the deal because he has been on the other side of it.
